BlueCross Livingstone Gardens is a 4-level Aged Care Facility in Vermont South, with one level basement carpark and 160 beds. The facility provides residents with needs in respite and transitional care, dementia-specific care, as well as low and high care, to achieve an ‘ageing in place’ living environment.
The construction was primarily piled retaining walls, post-tension concrete structure with brick and glass façade. The facility comprises communal lounges, sitting/dining areas, multi-purpose rooms, music lounge, private dining, hairdresser, physiotherapy, commercial kitchen and bedrooms with en-suites.
