The building is facing busy Russell and Lonsdale streets, in the heart of the CBD and contains a basement level includes bicycle storage, shower facilities and services space, street level retail space, four floor levels dedicated to Greek events, culture and education, and feature function spaces, education, and meeting suites, as well as the Greek Community of Melbourne’s offices, eight levels of commercial office space and a rooftop bar.
Since its completion in 2013, this building has become an icon of Melbourne’s streetscape and a focal point for local Greek community.
