Codus is proud to have acted as Relevant Building Surveyor for the Summerset Cranbourne North retirement living and aged care development, supporting the delivery of a major residential community designed for safety, accessibility and long-term liveability. 

This significant project includes 72 residential aged care suites over two levels, with a further 33 assisted living apartments over two levels as well as shared community facilities featuring a resident bar, bowling green and indoor swimming pool.
