502 Albert street, a landmark development that exemplifies modern sophistication and urban design. Our role was pivotal in ensuring compliance certainty with no mistakes and no surprises.

This state-of-the-art building not only enhances the vibrancy of East Melbourne, but also sets a new standard in contemporary architecture. The 15 level tower includes 140 hotel rooms; two basement levels; food and beverage on ground floor; and a rooftop terrace on level 14.

The project will see the building’s heritage architectural design preserved whilst achieving a 5-star Green Star Rating.
