The Collins Arch located at 447 Collins Street has set a new benchmark for mixed-use developments across Australia. The Arch has two co-jointed towers linked by an 8-storey skybridge at Level 39. The eastern tower of the project features 184 luxury residential apartments from level 16, and a 294-room W Melbourne 5 Star luxury hotel. Some of the prestigious amenities include a resort style pool, gym, sky garden and the sky bridge with unobstructed views.

The western tower of the project comprises 49,000 square metres of PCA premium grade offices, fully leased by high-profile enterprises. The towers also have 1,900 square metres of landscaped public realm on Market Street.
